Overview

Associate Attorney role in the Financial Services and Securities Enforcement Department in Atlanta.
Represent clients in SEC and PCAOB enforcement actions, shareholder suits, and disputes arising from private equity deals.
Advise accounting firms and public companies on financial reporting, accounting, disclosure, and tax matters.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience acquired in a top 100 law firm environment.
Georgia Bar admission is required.
Must possess strong academic credentials, excellent writing and oral communication skills, and robust interpersonal abilities.
Willingness to leverage innovative technology platforms, including Harvey AI, for legal research, drafting, and analysis.
Prior judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
