The practice assists with every aspect of financings and refinancings, including reviewing, drafting, and analyzing credit support, tax, construction, and management agreements; drafting and negotiating financing and offering documents, certificates, and opinions; and analyzing complex federal tax issues.
The firm is recognized nationally for complex tax-exempt and taxable financings across healthcare, energy, higher education, waste-to-energy, recycling, governmental, and industrial sectors.
The Counsel will independently lead transactions from structuring through closing.
The role involves serving as a primary point of contact for clients, issuers, underwriters, lenders, and other working group members.
Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring associates and paralegals, collaborating with partners on client development, and supporting business development efforts.
