This is an Associate position within an Appellate Litigation practice, based in Washington, D.C.
Seeking candidates with 5 or more years of post-JD experience.

Substantial prior work experience in appellate litigation is essential.
Must possess superior research, analytical, and written advocacy skills.
Demonstrated strong legal writing experience is expected.
Judicial clerkship experience is strongly preferred, particularly at the federal appellate level.
Candidates should exhibit strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage complex assignments.
The salary range for this position is $310,000 to $435,000.
