This is for a Junior to Mid-level Associate within the Labor & Employment practice group.
The role is based in the Century City office.
Candidates should have 2-5 years of experience from a large law firm.
A minimum of two years of specific experience in employment litigation is required. This should cover single-plaintiff cases, wage and hour/class actions, internal investigations, restrictive covenant litigation, and/or arbitrations.
Key responsibilities include briefing motions and managing discovery, including ESI.
Strong research, organization, writing, and analytical skills are essential, alongside excellent academic credentials.
Active California Bar membership is mandatory.
While employment litigation experience is preferred, candidates with significant non-employment litigation experience will be considered.
Current federal judicial clerks concluding their terms in Summer or Fall 2026 are welcome to apply.
The base salary range for this California position is $225,000 to $435,000, with final offers determined by experience, expertise, and market factors.
