The role focuses on advising employers on federal labor laws, including compliance advice.
Responsibilities include handling collective bargaining negotiations and arbitrations.
Experience with Unfair Labor Practice (ULP) and Representation (R) cases before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) is required.
The position also involves related federal and state court litigation.
Active membership in the California Bar is mandatory.
The base salary range for this California position is $225,000 to $435,000.
Actual base salary will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on prior experience, expertise, business needs, and market factors.
