Entry-level Associate position for a Fall 2027 start.
Seeking rising third-year law students (2027 JD graduates).
The role is exclusively within the Technology, Outsourcing & Commercial (TOC) transactions practice.
Work involves strategic commercial deals, including those in retail, life sciences, financial services, and sports industries.
Strong preference for candidates with experience or demonstrated interest in AI, technology, and innovation.
Requires excellent academic credentials, strong organizational, writing, and analytical skills.
Must be eligible to take the bar exam, or currently barred, in the resident jurisdiction.
Position is resident in either the Philadelphia or Los Angeles office.
For California-based positions, the entry-level base salary is $225,000. Salaries for other locations will be determined during the interview process.
