Overview

Paralegal position within the Labor & Employment Practice Group.
Based in Boston, Philadelphia, or Seattle offices, with a hybrid work schedule of 3 days in-office and 2 days remote.
Core responsibilities include legal research, document preparation, case and project management, and client communication.
Tasks involve managing document and database maintenance, including electronic data collections, searching, computer-assisted review, and coordinating with vendors.
Support discovery processes by preparing requests, managing productions (Bates labeling, redacting, organizing, logging), and handling subpoena preparation and service.
Assist with court filings (state and federal) via eFile, perform cite-checking, Bluebooking, and create tables of authority/contents for legal documents.
Manage case deadlines and prepare materials for witness preparation, depositions, hearings, and trials.
Requires a Bachelor's degree and 1-4 years of litigation paralegal experience; a labor and employment law background is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and PDF software is required. Familiarity with iManage and litigation support systems (e.g., WestLaw, Lexis/Nexis, Relativity) is beneficial.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are necessary, along with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, adapt to change, and work overtime as needed.
For Boston: The base salary range is $62,000 - $99,200 annually.
For Seattle: The base salary range is $64,700 - $103,475 annually.
Compensation includes eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus, with final salary determined by experience, expertise, and market factors.
Comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off (9 holidays, 2 personal days, up to 20 vacation days), sick leave, and parental leave (up to 12 weeks paid).
