Overview

This role is for an Associate in the Complex Litigation + Advisement Practice Group.
The team advises industry leaders in consumer products, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, technology, and financial services on high-stakes cases impacting brand and business.
Requires 3-5 years of post-JD experience.
Must hold active bar membership in California, New York, or Washington State.
Essential experience includes defending consumer class actions, specifically involving false advertising, product defect, breach of warranty, and consumer protection laws. Experience with California Unfair Competition Law is also required.
Candidates must have strong experience briefing class certification and/or summary judgment motions.
Key responsibilities include drafting legal documents, managing e-discovery, conducting depositions, oral arguments, and expert interviews.
Requires excellent written and oral communication skills, coupled with strong case management abilities.

The annual base salary range for positions in Los Angeles, New York, San Diego, San Francisco, and Seattle is $260,000 to $365,000.
Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus and a full suite of health and welfare benefits.
