Overview

  • Conflicts Resolution Attorney role, available in San Francisco, Palo Alto, Los Angeles, San Diego, Denver, Austin, Boston, New York, or Washington, D.C.
  • Review and resolve conflicts reports, conduct in-depth research, develop resolution recommendations, draft waivers, and record clearance determinations.
  • Advise attorneys and staff on conflicts issues, approve analyst-resolved reports, address ethical wall matters, and provide training to Conflicts Analysts.
  • Analyze complex conflicts issues and contribute to enhancing firm policies, procedures, and risk management strategies.
  • Work within a shared coverage model, including scheduled hours outside standard business hours.
  • Requires a Juris Doctor (J.D.) and admission in good standing to a U.S. jurisdiction (California or hiring state preferred).
  • Minimum two years of law firm or relevant legal experience in conflicts resolution, ethics, risk management, or compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of conflicts of interest rules, resolution processes, legal research, and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with IntApp Conflicts, ServiceNow, iManage/SPM, and Sitescan is preferred.
  • Salary range for New York, San Francisco, Palo Alto: $152,000 - $212,000.
  • Salary range for Los Angeles, San Diego, Boston, Washington, D.C.: $144,000 - $202,000.
  • Salary range for Denver: $135,000 - $189,000.
