Focus on the Emerging Companies + Venture Capital (ECVC) practice, advising high-growth startups and investors from formation through exit.
Requires 4-6 years of significant experience in ECVC work.
Must have experience with seed and venture capital financings (including NVCA documents), public offerings, and domestic M&A transactions for startups and investors.
Prior experience from a premier corporate practice is required.
State bar admission (or eligibility for waiver) in the practicing jurisdiction is necessary.
Demonstrated strong business acumen, client management skills, and clear communication abilities (oral and written).
An affinity for technology, life sciences, or CPG businesses is preferred.
The annual salary range is $310,000 to $390,000 for positions in Austin, Denver, Los Angeles, New York, Palo Alto, San Diego, and San Francisco.
Additional compensation includes a discretionary bonus, health and welfare benefits (parental, adoption, fertility), flexible time off, and paid holidays.
