Overview

  • This role is for a Patent Prosecution associate, focusing on chemistry-related intellectual property.
  • Primary responsibilities include preparing and prosecuting patent applications and contributing to prosecution strategy.
  • You will conduct technical and legal research and analysis for matters before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
  • Provide technical support for PTAB and litigation proceedings.
  • A Ph.D. in Chemistry is required.
  • Candidates must possess outstanding writing and analytical skills and top academic credentials. USPTO registration is not required.
  • Join a Patent Prosecution Group known for its deep technical expertise, including over 60 Ph.D.s and 100+ advanced degrees.
