Overview

  • This position is for a Patent Prosecution role within a group distinguished by over 80 Ph.D.s and 100 advanced degrees, offering deep technical expertise, including Chinese and German language capabilities.
  • Key responsibilities include preparing and prosecuting patent applications, and contributing to overall prosecution strategy.
  • You will conduct technical and legal research and analysis concerning matters before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
  • The role also involves providing technical support for Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) and litigation proceedings.
  • A Ph.D. in biology or a related field is a mandatory requirement.
  • Candidates must possess outstanding writing and analytical skills, coupled with strong academic credentials.
  • USPTO registration is not required for this position.
  • The firm provides a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage options.
  • Benefits also encompass parental leave (including adoption and fertility treatment options) and backup child and elder care.
