  • Advise diverse public and private companies on high-impact executive compensation matters, with a focus on transactions.
  • Work involves sophisticated executive compensation arrangements, including equity plans/awards, executive agreements, and ordinary-course advisory.
  • Requires 4-6 years of law firm experience specifically in executive compensation.
  • Essential experience includes deal work, private company, public company, and private equity matters.
  • Must be able to independently manage components of transactions and demonstrate strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
  • Opportunity for significant responsibility and mentorship, with clear expectations for career advancement and growth.
