Overview

This position is for an attorney in an FDA + Healthcare Regulatory and Compliance practice.
The practice group advises domestic and international clients in life sciences and healthcare industries, including medical device, pharmaceutical, food and dietary supplement, biotechnology, healthcare technology, and cosmetic.
Work involves counseling clients across the product lifecycle (pre-product launch to post-market) on regulatory, compliance, and marketplace issues, including U.S. FDA/USDA compliance, optimal positioning for coverage/reimbursement, market entry, and R&D.
Candidates should have 3–5 years of experience from an FDA practice at a law firm, FDA, and/or USDA.
Strong preference for experience with food regulatory matters, advising on FDA- and USDA-regulated product areas, and representing food, drug, supplement, cosmetic, and/or device clients.
The role focuses significantly on food, beverage, and dietary supplement matters, counseling fast-moving brands and retailers.
Key responsibilities include advising on product development strategy, labeling, advertising, promotion, safety, compliance, adverse event reporting, recalls, agency inspections, and remediation of inspection findings.
The role requires taking ownership of matters, working directly with clients, and operating with a high degree of independence.
Candidates must be admitted to the state bar where they will practice or be eligible to waive in.
