Overview

Work on complex financing transactions within a Finance practice group.
Primarily represent banks, other institutional lenders, and borrowers in secured lending transactions.
Requires 3-6 years of law firm experience.
Preference for experience in leveraged lending, syndicated lending, and sponsor finance; other commercial lending experience will be considered.
Core skills include drafting, editing, and reviewing loan documents such as loan agreements, security documentation, intercreditor agreements, commitment papers, and closing documentation.
Must effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships, communicate complex matters clearly, and take on increased responsibility for transactions.
Bar admission in the state of practice is required, or eligibility to waive in.
