Overview

  • Innovation Attorney & Practice Advisor role focusing on leveraging AI and emerging technologies to reimagine legal service delivery.
  • Embed directly with practice groups to diagnose workflow challenges and identify high-impact opportunities for AI-enabled solutions.
  • Lead the full lifecycle of AI pilot programs within practice groups, from use case identification through evaluation and enterprise deployment.
  • Collaborate on AI tool adoption, including designing and delivering tailored training, configuring tools for specific use cases, and tracking adoption metrics.
  • Maintain a current understanding of the GenAI landscape, evaluating new tools and contributing to technology selection decisions.
  • Support client-facing business development conversations regarding the firm's AI-enabled service delivery capabilities.
  • Requires a Juris Doctor (JD) and 3-5 years of legal practice experience at an AmLaw 100 firm.
  • Must possess a consultative mindset, deep fluency in Generative AI, strong communication skills, and an ability to drive organizational change.
  • Salary range for San Francisco and New York: $184,000 - $257,000.
  • Salary range for Washington D.C.: $175,000 - $244,000.
  • Additional compensation includes a discretionary bonus, health/welfare benefits, retirement contributions, paid holidays, and PTO.
  • This position can be based in San Francisco, New York, or Washington D.C.
