Overview

Serve as a Senior Litigation Paralegal, supporting all phases of complex litigation matters, from inception through trial or resolution.
This role can be based in Seattle, San Francisco, Palo Alto, Los Angeles, or San Diego.
Requires 7+ years of relevant litigation paralegal experience; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Manage complex litigation cases with a high degree of autonomy, providing sophisticated organizational, research, and analytical support. This includes overseeing multiple projects and implementing efficient workflows.
Core responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing documents, conducting factual and procedural research, and preparing/editing legal documents, correspondence, and case materials.
Maintain and organize case files, documents, and data, including eDiscovery platforms. Coordinate document collection, review, and production processes.
Assist with court filings, including cite-checking, Bluebook compliance, and exhibit preparation. Support depositions and trial preparation, including witness materials and exhibit management.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, and mentor junior paralegals and temporary staff as needed.
Ensure timely and accurate billing practices. This role requires strong analytical, research, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent written/verbal communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential. Flexibility to work overtime and travel is required.
The salary range for San Francisco and Palo Alto is $128,000 to $179,000 annually. For Seattle, Los Angeles, and San Diego, the salary range is $122,000 to $169,000 annually.
