Role: Mid-level Commercial Real Estate Associate.
Location: New York City office.
Experience: Requires at least four years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
Transaction Expertise: Must have experience representing buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in commercial, retail, and industrial property transactions.
Practice Area Knowledge: Proficiency in real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, management, joint ventures, and debt/equity financings.
Due Diligence Skills: Must be proficient in related due diligence, including title and survey review.
