Overview

Seeking a Junior-level Associate for the Labor & Employment Group.
Position is based in the Los Angeles, California office.
California State Bar admission is required.
Requires 1-3 years of experience in employment litigation and providing labor and employment compliance advice to employers.
Experience with wage and hour class, collective, or representative actions, and managing cases independently is a plus.
The Labor & Employment Group comprises over 60 attorneys and advises on a broad range of workplace issues, from safety regulations to social media policies.
The annual base salary for this position in Los Angeles, CA is $215,000 - $250,000.
Additional contingent compensation may be available, based on factors such as work performance, geographic location, experience, education, and qualifications.
Associates receive formal and informal training and mentorship.
Cases are staffed leanly and efficiently, providing hands-on experience.
Associates work directly with partners and often have direct contact with clients.
