    Why talk to Dale Durham?

April Hua joined Nixon Peabody LLP's Los Angeles office in the Entertainment group.

I would strongly recommend working with Dale to anyone. I tested the waters with a few recruiters when I was looking to make a career change, but instantly knew that Dale was the right choice. He is incredibly knowledgeable of the legal hiring market, thoughtful in his advice, and responsive. I never felt like he was trying to "sell" me on anything or push me a certain way - he was on my side and I could always count on him to be a sympathetic ear during a high-stress process. Because of him, I was able to make an important and hard-fought career pivot at a crucial time. I can't thank him enough!
