Finance Mid-Level Lawyer

This is a mid-level lawyer position based in the New York City office. You will work on high-profile finance transactions, including cross-border deals and projects. The role offers exposure to global legal practices and opportunities to deepen your understanding of complex financial structures. The work involves commercial lending transactions (ABL, cash flow loans, specialty/lender finance), private client-focused facilities (employee co-invest lines, management company lines, NAV-based financings, subscription lines), and secured/unsecured financings.

• Document commercial lending transactions.
• Negotiate commercial lending transactions.
• Manage complex transactions.

• 3-5 years of finance law experience.
• Strong background in documenting and negotiating commercial lending transactions, including asset-based lending (ABL), cash flow loans, and specialty or lender finance matters.
• Familiarity with private client-focused facilities, including employee co-invest lines of credit, management company lines of credit, NAV-based financings, and subscription lines of credit.
• Experience with secured and unsecured financings.
