I cannot recommend Kate highly enough. She knows the Bay Area market intimately and is able to leverage that knowledge to give actionable, tailored advice (down to the specific interviewer). Kate is a true counselor and advisor and it was a privilege to work with her.

I highly recommend Evan. I worked with Evan for nearly 3 years as an associate, and then counsel, at my prior firm. Evan was a consummate professional, always available and a real asset to me in my career search. At every juncture, it always felt like Evan had my best interests at heart, even as I decided initially to stay in my current firm and pursue an opportunity there. When it came time to pursue a role outside my firm, he had all the right contacts and relationships/resources to get me in front of key decisionmakers at all the most prestigious firms and was able to find and negotiate multiple job offers for me, even during a challenging lateral hiring window. Dale was a thoughtful and diligent recruiter. He listened to what I wanted and worked hard to find me the opportunities I was interested in, even when it was a tough sell on the other side. This was markedly different from other recruiters I had worked with who seemed more interested in selling me on the opportunities they needed to fill when it became clear that it was going to be hard to help me fulfill my goals. He successfully helped me switch markets and practice areas and lateral to a dream position after having taken a year and a half off biglaw to go public interest. This was a real challenge and I could not have managed it without him. Cannot recommend him highly enough!
