Ed is a great recruiter who goes beyond what I expected him to do. I had a great experience ever since my first call with him where he meticulously went through different points to understand what it is that I want out of my career, and also taking time to explain what the market is like and who to target. After that he was on top of everything, from follow-ups to scheduling and became a great resource to help bounce ideas off of when it came time to make my decision.
