Overview

  • The role is fully remote, without the administrative or client-development demands of a shareholder/partner track position, but the candidate must reside in a state where the firm has a physical office.
  • The primary responsibility is reviewing immigration petitions for a full range of U.S. employment visas.
  • The firm's Business Immigration practice, one of the largest in the U.S., advises domestic and international corporations and businesses, including Fortune 500 companies, on strategies for international transfer of skilled employees, temporary business visas, and permanent residence.
  • The role requires prior experience in a high-volume business immigration practice group.
  • Remote attorneys are included in the firm's annual in-person all-attorney retreat.
