Overview

  • Associate position within a Litigation and White-Collar practice.
  • Focus on criminal and civil litigation, internal and congressional investigations, regulatory enforcement, and corporate compliance matters.
  • Key responsibilities include preparing for witness interviews, client depositions, and witness testimony.
  • Manage discovery processes, including document requests, collection, review, and responses.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis; draft discovery, dispositive motions, and jury instructions.
  • Assist with corporate compliance projects and due diligence efforts.
  • Regular direct interaction with clients, co-counsel, and opposing counsel.
  • Requires 2-4 years of prior law firm experience in Litigation and White-Collar, specifically with internal investigations, civil/criminal litigation, and enforcement.
  • Must possess outstanding research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments independently while contributing to a team.
  • State Bar admission in the office's jurisdiction is required, or immediate eligibility for admission.
  • Expected base salary range of $260,000 - $310,000, plus an annual discretionary merit bonus.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, disability, parental leave, 401K, and flexible time off.
