Advise on emerging technology control issues, including regulations governing artificial intelligence, advanced computing, semiconductors, quantum computing, and cybersecurity.
Assist clients with import-related matters, including supply chain evaluation, responding to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) inquiries, duty assessment, and Harmonized Tariff Schedule classification.
Requires a Juris Doctor (JD) and admission to the D.C. bar (or eligibility for admission).
