Overview

  • Associate position within Paul Hastings' Asset-Backed Finance Group.
  • Primarily based in the New York office, with potential consideration for other Paul Hastings office locations if admitted to the bar in that jurisdiction.
  • Requires 3-7 years of post-JD experience.
  • Must have experience with asset-backed finance transactions or asset-based lending.
  • Involvement in structured finance offerings, advising various parties including borrowers, lenders, issuers, underwriters, placement agents, and/or collateral managers.
  • Work with a diverse client base, ranging from sophisticated financial institutions to first-time issuers and startups, often on established securitization platforms.
  • Candidates must be admitted to practice law and be in good standing in the jurisdiction where hired.
  • The annual salary range for this position is $260,000 to $435,000.
