Mid-Level Associate position within the Technology Transactions Group, based in Boston.
Requires 3-5 years of technology transactions experience gained from a law firm setting.
Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including licenses, development and collaboration agreements, SaaS, data use, and strategic partnerships.
Conduct and manage intellectual property and technology due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and financings.
Advise clients on legal and regulatory issues pertaining to artificial intelligence, including model development, data governance, risk allocation, and compliance.
Counsel clients on the licensing, protection, and commercialization of technology assets.
Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating technology and commercial agreements, along with familiarity with intellectual property concepts and due diligence processes, is essential.
Candidates must possess strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
Strong academic credentials are required, and candidates must be admitted to or eligible to waive into the Massachusetts Bar.
The expected annual salary range for this position is $260,000 to $390,000, with final compensation varying based on experience.
