  • This is a mid-senior level Private Funds Associate position within Paul Hastings' Investment Funds & Private Capital Group.
  • Requires substantial experience in the formation of funds focused on private equity, real estate, credit, or other illiquid asset classes.
  • Responsibilities include advising clients on all aspects of fund formation, fund structuring, capital raising, and related legal issues.
  • Candidates must possess outstanding academic credentials and prior law firm experience.
  • Must be admitted to practice law and in good standing in the jurisdiction of hire.
  • This position is available in New York, Washington D.C., Los Angeles, Chicago, or San Francisco.
