Overview

  • Associate position, ideally for candidates with 3-5 years of post-JD experience.
  • The role is within the Energy and Infrastructure practice group.
  • Primary location is New York, but Washington, DC and Houston are also considered.
  • Seeking candidates with experience in project finance and development, specifically limited recourse and structured financings in the energy and infrastructure sectors.
  • Candidates with general leveraged finance or other types of finance experience are also encouraged to apply.
  • Work involves advising major corporations, private equity and other institutional investors, banks, and financial institutions.
  • Requires outstanding academic credentials and prior law firm experience.
