I worked with Alan while I was trying to change firms in late 2021. Alan was great about informing me of new opportunities in the DC market and helping me through the whole process of applying, interviewing, and accepting my new position. Alan was also always responsive with any questions and with helping to schedule my interviews. For those looking to switch out of the Delaware market, I would certainly recommend Alan since he has an understanding of the type of work that attorneys perform in Delaware.

Priya really went above and beyond as a recruiter. Working with Bryson was a seamless process. After our first meeting he sent me a personalized spreadsheet of open positions that matched my interests, and sending regular updates for new openings. Working with Vijay was a revelation to me of what a recruiter can do.
