Overview

  • Hiring Junior to Senior Attorneys for an Antitrust and Competition practice.
  • Openings are available in the New York and Washington, D.C. offices.
  • Candidates must possess experience in core antitrust and competition law matters.
  • Specific experience required includes government antitrust investigations.
  • Required experience also covers government merger enforcement actions, including Second Requests.
  • Must have experience counseling clients on transactional antitrust risk and compliance.
  • Experience representing clients before antitrust enforcement authorities (e.g., U.S. Department of Justice, Federal Trade Commission, state Attorneys General) is essential.
  • Applicants must be admitted or eligible for admission to the Bar in their practice jurisdiction.
  • The annual salary range is $235,000 to $460,000, with final compensation dependent on experience.
