Overview

  • Antitrust and Competition Associate role for a 6th-8th year attorney.
  • Locations include Washington D.C., Los Angeles, San Francisco, or New York, with the team primarily based in D.C.
  • Significant experience in antitrust and competition law, government and internal investigations, and government enforcement actions is required.
  • Alternatively, strong experience in civil antitrust litigation, including discovery management, drafting pretrial motions, and handling complex cases is also acceptable.
  • Experience representing clients in state and federal courts, as well as before enforcement authorities like the U.S. Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission.
  • Must be admitted to the Bar (or eligible for admission) in the chosen jurisdiction.
  • Prior federal clerkship experience is preferred.
  • A background in economics or related subjects is preferred.
  • Annual base salary ranges from $390,000 to $435,000.
