I would HIGHLY recommend Kate to anyone looking to make a lateral move in the Bay Area. I first spoke to Kate over a year before I actually made the decision to leave my firm, and she is a wonderful person on top of being an excellent recruiter. I spoke to several other recruiters over that year, but knew almost instantly that I would be working with Kate, which turned out to be a phenomenal decision. She was frequently in touch even before I decided to make the change, and once I decided to actively pursue new opportunities she worked quickly and made herself available to answer my questions, including late at night and during weekends. She helped me refine my resume and deal sheet, gave me valuable insight and information about the various firms that were hiring, and was a wonderful sounding board when it ultimately came time to make the decision about which firm to go to.
