Lateral Litigation Associate position located in the Portland office.
Requires 3 to 5 years of experience in civil or complex business litigation.
Prior judicial clerkship experience is encouraged and will count toward the required experience.
The commercial litigation practice involves representing businesses and individuals in federal and state court proceedings, as well as alternative dispute resolution.
Candidates should possess distinctive academic credentials, superb written and oral advocacy skills, and a strong work ethic.
Experience with large and sophisticated litigation matters and e-discovery is a plus.
Annual compensation ranges from $260,000 to $365,000, dependent on qualifications and experience.
