This is a Midlevel Associate position within the Emerging Companies & Venture Capital (ECVC) group.
The role is based in the Seattle office.
Primary responsibilities include representing innovative companies through their lifecycle, focusing on business formation, financing transactions, and mergers and acquisitions.
You will also represent funds that invest in these companies.
Clients range from newly-formed startups to multi-billion dollar technology market leaders.
Candidates must have a minimum of two years of Emerging Companies & Venture Capital (ECVC) experience, preferably from a comparable law firm.
Key requirements include strong academic credentials, solid references, excellent written and verbal communication, quantitative and Excel proficiency, and proven client relationship management skills.
The annual compensation range is $235,000 to $365,000, dependent on qualifications and experience.
Benefits include an annual discretionary bonus, 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance, personal medical and parental leave, and family care benefits.
This position operates under a hybrid work model.
