Overview

Focus on Trust & Estate Planning practice, handling real and personal property transactions for estate planning projects.
Provide transactional support for Real Estate & Land Use clients, primarily local counsel review and opinion work.
Support the broader Private Client Services group with transactional needs.
Key responsibilities include real property acquisition and disposition, and reviewing real estate documents for risk analysis.
Draft for tax-efficient structuring and tax implications.
Manage title and survey matters, and prepare formation and authority documents for beneficiaries or acquiring parties.
Required: 5+ years of experience in real property transactions as described.
Preferred: Experience with real property held in trusts or other investment vehicles.
Required: Admission to the Washington State Bar.
Required: Strong academic credentials and excellent written and oral communication skills.
This is an hourly, non-partnership track attorney position.
Compensation is approximately $155 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
