Overview

Mid-level Capital Markets Associate position with a primary focus on Equity Capital Markets.
Position is primarily based in New York; Silicon Valley candidates will also be considered.
Lead day-to-day execution of capital markets transactions, independently managing deal workstreams and client interactions.
Key responsibilities include drafting and reviewing offering documents (e.g., registration statements, prospectuses), coordinating due diligence, and advising clients on securities law compliance.
Requires 4–6 years of capital markets experience, ideally at an Am Law 100 firm.
Must have repeat experience with public securities offerings (equity, debt, convertible debt) and have represented both issuers and underwriters.
Strong working knowledge of U.S. securities laws and regulatory frameworks is essential.
Demonstrated ability to independently manage significant transaction components and day-to-day execution.
Excellent academic credentials, strong analytical, writing, and communication skills are required.
Admission to the New York Bar (or eligibility) or California Bar (for Silicon Valley candidates) is mandatory.
The expected salary range for New York is $310,000 - $390,000.
