Seeking a Litigation Associate with 2 to 3 years of experience.
This position is located in New York, New York.
The practice focuses on General Litigation.
Key responsibilities include managing all phases of litigation, from fact investigation and pleadings to discovery, expert witness preparation, motions, pretrial, trial, and settlement.
The role also involves developing and maintaining client relationships.
Candidates must possess a strong academic background, along with exceptional research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and demonstrate strong organizational and matter management skills is essential.
Required qualifications include a Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school.
Active membership in good standing with the New York State Bar is mandatory.
The compensation for this role ranges from $235,000 – $260,000, with the final offer dependent on skillset and experience.
