This is an eDiscovery Staff Attorney position located in Nashville, Tennessee.
You will review, analyze, categorize, and code large datasets during litigation and investigations.
The role involves deploying state-of-the-art eDiscovery tools and techniques.
You will support case teams and industry leaders on eDiscovery matters.
Requires a Bachelor’s degree and a Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school.
Candidates must be current members of the Tennessee State Bar, or willing and eligible to become members.
Hands-on experience with large-scale document reviews, predictive coding workflows, and project management is required.
A detailed understanding of discovery law, including attorney-client privilege and work-product protections, is essential.
Strong technical and analytical skills are necessary, including comfort with statistical metrics, spreadsheets, and infographics.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills are also required.
