Mid-level Associate opening in Commercial Litigation, located in the Nashville office.
Requires 3-4 years of experience specifically in Commercial Litigation.
Manage all elements of case work-up and trial preparation.
Duties include drafting and reviewing discovery and motions, depositions, settlement negotiations, pre-trial filings, injunctions, and court appearances.
Must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) and be admitted to the Tennessee Bar.
Requires excellent academic credentials and superior writing, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to quickly and effectively navigate complex legal subject matter is required.

Prior clerkship experience is a plus.
