Overview

Seeking a Patent Agent or Associate for an Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Patent Prosecution practice.
Open to candidates in Atlanta, Denver, Houston, Kansas City, Phoenix, Seattle, St. Louis, Washington DC, or San Francisco, with a preference for Washington DC or San Francisco.
Requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant patent preparation and prosecution experience.
Candidates must hold an undergraduate or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics.
Strong interest in candidates with experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications related to graphics processing units (GPUs), tensor processing units (TPUs), accelerators, neural engines, and robotics circuitry/actuators.
Responsibilities include overseeing and managing patent preparation and prosecution for electrical engineering and software technologies, including drafting and filing patent applications.
USPTO admission is required for all candidates. Associate candidates must also have a JD and active bar admission in their intended practice jurisdiction.
The salary range is $140,000 - $250,000, depending on experience, with eligibility for a discretionary performance bonus.
