Seeking a junior to mid-level Health Care Litigation Associate for our Nashville or Chattanooga office.
Requires a Juris Doctor (JD) and active Tennessee bar admission.
Candidates must have a high level of academic achievement and solid law firm experience.
Minimum of two to four years of experience in complex litigation is required.
Must possess strong research, writing, and communication skills.
Substantial legal writing experience is essential, including drafting briefs, complaints, pretrial motions, memoranda, and discovery requests.
Experience preparing for, taking, or defending depositions is a plus.
Prior experience in managed care, reimbursement, medical malpractice, medical staffing issues, or working with hospitals is beneficial.
Ability to quickly and effectively understand and apply complex subject matter is required.
Candidates should have the drive and team-orientation to help grow the national health care practice.
