Mid-level associate position within the Investment Strategies & Capital Solutions group.
Opportunity to work in Dallas, Chicago, or St. Louis.
Requires 3+ years of general corporate/transactional experience.
Primary focus on representing private equity clients across diverse industry sectors.
Engage in transactional matters, including structuring joint ventures and pooled-investment vehicles for real estate and private credit investments.
Essential skills include strong research, writing, and communication abilities.
Must be able to quickly and effectively navigate complex subject matter.
Familiarity with the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 is a plus, but not required.
Candidates must possess a JD, active bar admission in the intended practice jurisdiction, and strong academic achievement.
Salary ranges from $240,000 – $390,000, dependent on experience.
Eligible for a discretionary performance-based bonus.
