Overview
Mid-level Associate opening with Polsinelli's Management Labor Relations Practice Group in St. Louis.
Requires 3-5 years of post-JD experience, with at least three years focused on labor relations and union-related matters.
Core Practice Experience: Must have experience advising employers on NLRA issues, representing clients in labor arbitrations, and handling proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB).
Negotiation & Campaign Experience: Experience conducting collective bargaining negotiations, managing unfair labor practice charges, and assisting with union organizing campaigns is essential.
Required Qualifications: A JD degree and active admission to the Missouri Bar are mandatory.
Key Skills: Candidates must demonstrate excellent academic credentials, strong writing, communication, analytical, advocacy, and client counseling skills. Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to navigate complex subjects quickly are also required.
