Overview

Tax Associate position with Polsinelli in the firm's national Tax practice group.
Available offices: Atlanta, Chicago, Kansas City, Los Angeles, or Washington D.C.
Requires 2+ years of tax experience from a law firm or major accounting firm.
Experience must include research and assessment of complex federal tax issues.
Specific federal tax experience areas include entity formation, deal structuring, and M&As.
Juris Doctor (JD) and active bar admission in the intended practice jurisdiction are required.
An LL.M. in Taxation is preferred.
Strong academic credentials, writing, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Must demonstrate the ability to quickly and effectively navigate complex subject matter.
Interest in helping to grow and support the firm's national Tax practice is valued.
Salary range is $220,000 – $320,000, dependent on experience.
Eligible for a discretionary performance-based bonus.
