The role focuses on restructuring and insolvency litigation across state, federal, and bankruptcy courts.
The associate will regularly appear in court and gain substantial courtroom and trial experience.
The team represents chapter 11 debtors, receivers, and diverse litigation clients, advising parties such as debtors, lenders, lessors, landlords, financial institutions, and trustees in various chapter 11 and 7 cases, adversary proceedings, and state and federal litigation and receivership matters.
Strong litigation skills and a genuine interest in restructuring and insolvency disputes are valued; bankruptcy-specific experience is not required.
A federal court clerkship or other federal court experience is a plus.
The practice is a broad trial and restructuring group that serves clients across numerous industries.
