Overview

This is a Mid- to Senior-Level Associate position within the Real Estate Group.
The ideal locations for this role are Century City or San Francisco, though other Reed Smith office locations will also be considered.
Candidates should have at least two years of solid transactional real estate experience.
Experience from a large law firm is preferred, but boutique real estate firm experience will also be considered.
The primary focus areas include acquisitions and dispositions, real estate development, land use and zoning, and commercial leasing.
Familiarity with real estate financing is considered a plus.
Essential skills include excellent oral communication, strong research abilities, and effective communication with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties.
You will be expected to manage small-to-mid sized matters independently or effectively handle portions of larger matters efficiently.
A strong ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team is required.
The annual salary for this position ranges from $235,000 to $390,000, with actual pay varying based on location and experience.
