Mid-Level Associate opening in the Real Estate Group for either the Washington, D.C. or Tysons office.
Requires 2-4 years of real estate experience; large law firm experience is preferred, but boutique firm real estate experience will be considered.
Core responsibilities involve acquisitions and dispositions, real estate development, joint venture, and private equity matters.
Familiarity with real estate financing and hospitality matters is a plus.
Strong oral and research skills are essential, along with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Candidates should be capable of managing small-to-mid sized matters independently, or significant portions of larger matters.
The anticipated salary range is $260,000 to $365,000, with actual pay varying based on location and experience.
