Overview

  • Mid-Level Associate opening in the Real Estate Group for either the Washington, D.C. or Tysons office.
  • Requires 2-4 years of real estate experience; large law firm experience is preferred, but boutique firm real estate experience will be considered.
  • Core responsibilities involve acquisitions and dispositions, real estate development, joint venture, and private equity matters.
  • Familiarity with real estate financing and hospitality matters is a plus.
  • Strong oral and research skills are essential, along with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Candidates should be capable of managing small-to-mid sized matters independently, or significant portions of larger matters.
  • The anticipated salary range is $260,000 to $365,000, with actual pay varying based on location and experience.
  • The comprehensive benefits package includes a 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, short- and long-term disability, paid family leave, and vacation time.
