Overview

  • Candidates should ideally have experience in oil and gas litigation, with some exposure to environmental and regulatory litigation preferred.
  • Familiarity with the basics of oil and gas law and the oil and gas industry in the Appalachian Basin is required.
  • The role involves drafting preliminary and dispositive motions and discovery responses, handling document review and production projects, and assisting in deposition preparation (both offensively and defensively).
  • Candidates should have a strong desire to move towards running their own matters.
  • Candidates must be an active member of the Pennsylvania bar, or eligible to waive into or sit for the Pennsylvania bar.
