Overview

Candidates should ideally have experience in oil and gas litigation, with some exposure to environmental and regulatory litigation preferred.
Familiarity with the basics of oil and gas law and the oil and gas industry in the Appalachian Basin is required.
The role involves drafting preliminary and dispositive motions and discovery responses, handling document review and production projects, and assisting in deposition preparation (both offensively and defensively).
Candidates should have a strong desire to move towards running their own matters.
Candidates must be an active member of the Pennsylvania bar, or eligible to waive into or sit for the Pennsylvania bar.
